There's no such thing as a regularly scheduled anything here in Cotacachi. As Casa de Cuenca (God rest his soul WHERE has he been?) says, all we do here is watch the grass grow!

But, on Leather Street (10 de Agosto) just past Salinas is The Solid Rock Café where you can observe various species of Gringo coming and going.

Otavalo I haven't a clue. Very small Gringo population there.
