My wife and I will be coming to Cuenca September, 2017 for a month-long visit. We would like to live in a part of the city where we could 1. Walk to restaurants, 2. Walk to a bus, 3. Be safe 4. Not too noisy at night

What are the neighborhoods that meet these criteria?
