Hey there,
My boyfriend and I moved to Yerevan from California a couple of months ago. We've visited Dilijian and the province of lori so far. While neither of us knows Armenian, B- speaks Russian, and that's been enough to get by. I can read both Russian and Armenian but still don't understand either. It hasn't been too great of a culture shock for me; I have family in Mexico and, to be honest, Yerevan doesn't feel so different from that.
