There is loads to see and do, if you stay in the city you have city tours including miraflores locks, Ancon Hill, Amador Marina, Casco Viejo is wonderful to walk around...
You have Portobello forts, diving etc. Just an hour from the city.
Jungle Land tours with fishing in Lake Gatun a ferry or flight over to the Pearl Islands...

Then you have the beaches about an hour from the city, beach and mountain excursions...

My Husband is available for Airport transport and we can help wih rentals out at the beaches, car hire etc.
