I was in Cambodia 2 times last year to open a business that did not pan out but I know for sure you can not own land and you have to buy apartments on the second floor. If you want to move there forever and own land you have to marry a cambodian

Tad difficult to buy land outright in Cambodia.....there are of course leasing possibilities but I doubt that a few acres would fall into any of the "easily done" areas.

Prices vary depending on location, soft or hard title and what is on the land. You can get a business visa, but will need to renew it annually unless you apply for citizenship. There are ways to own via corporate structure.
