There are no specific conditions to be met however the government fees are higher by 10% for non-nationals. The total of government fees and lawyer's fees for transfer of title would be approx. 21% for non-nationals. If the size of the land is an acre or more for residential use, and if the land is more than 3 acres for commercial use, an application has to be made for an Alien Landholding license which involves a check of your background and the approval of parliament.
Do you know what you want in the property that you are looking for? Do you have a budget in mind?
I would love to help with your search.
Feel free to ask if you need any additional information.

Hi! Thanks for your answer.... I'm french, so sorry for my bad english; were are you come from? I was in Dominica since one week, and I have already found a 1 acre land to buy next to Delices; I plan to build a house there.
Can you advise me about a good lawyer for the transaction? I have already met Williams, in Roseau; do you know him?

We bought out home through Mr. Kondwani Williams in Roseau about 8 years ago. Sadly it is now time for us to sell, so we have it on the market. We are off to our next adventures.
