I'm getting close to making the move to Belize after years of consideration. Belize was never my first choice but my wife demands English speaking so have been looking at Dominica lately it also appears I don't know how to put it less spoiled by development, although I know Belize is pretty backwards, and also appears Dominica has a lower cost of living as Belize has been going up for a while now? One main concern is Health Care which may be splitting hairs since Belize doesn't have great healthcare options other than Mexico is next door. Can anyone attest to healthcare in Dominica and any opinions upon the difference figure some might be familiar with both?
