Someone I know who is a citizen there bought a new build condo for around 7000usd. I could not believe it until I verified it, so unbelievable deals can be had there but they are not anything above basic in terms of quality, they may even be dangerous to be built that cheap. I told her the concrete alone fo the condo must cost 7k. She was going to sell it, I told her never to sell it if she got it that cheap, just keep it for an escape hatch if and when she needs a refuge to hide out one day.

You might look at a site called Airbnb, if you google it then put in the country they have lists for pretty much anywhere in world. Now that being said, some places have more than others. It is alot cheaper than using a hotel, and the place will come furnished.
