Very random question, but am trying to pack for my 6 month stay! how much warmish stuff do I need? Do you end up wearing a jumper on a daily basis in the evenings, or are evenings generally very warm too?

The temps here this time of year (winter if you can call it that) the temps get down to the middle 70's. Unless you have a circulation problem, there's no need for any warm clothing. However, it might be a good thing to bring some very light weight long sleeve PJ for the evenings when the mosquitoes are bad.

Totally agree with what Joey says, we only have T shirts shorts and sandals , my wife similar. We keep a pair of light weight long pants in case we go somewhere formal. Also have some dress type shorts and T shirts for nice restaurants etc. If your coming soon, your going to see high 80 or more in the day and low 80's at night. We've never been bitten by anything, very few bugs , flies etc etc. The higher up you are the less chance of mozzies. Others a pretty constant blow from the trade winds, keeps us cool and the flying pests to a minimum .
