Hi there . Assuming that you want to rent north of Castries and are talking long term, theres lots of choice, its all down to location. Starts at around $800usd to $3000 per month, you can go on up to millionaire locations if you want. Check out www.bluereefrealestate.com check out their long term rentals.

If it's property you're talking about my partner and I rent a 2 bed place in North (beausejour) for 900ec a month which includes cable WiFi and water. That's equivalent to about 350usd. Depends on how many bedrooms and location... on average 1 bed in North would be about 800ec, 2 bed between 850-1200ec, 3 bed around 1200-1600ec

Hi Indie. Are you talking short or long term and are they furnished or unfurnished. with or without a/c . Don't get me wrong , but places priced in $ec are usually basic and rented by locals. Also I expect this person would like to be close to Rodney bay or he's going to have to rent a car and they are expensive

Well I find short term and long term to be similarly price and the difference between furnished and unfurnished is usually no more than extra 300-500 ec dollars. My place is very close to Rodney bay..like I said it's beausejour..no more than 10 min drive. We have no ac but the place is a new build, very modern and we got it unfurnished. Landlord wanted us to stay 6 month minimum and partner has been there a year now (I travel up and down). The only thing lacking is ac but we use fans and for 900ec including WiFi, water and cable ..we're certainly not complaining! We also had a place very similar in bois d'orange that we were considering

I can understand those kinda rents, its unfurnished, and furniture is expensive , and in many cases ie Courts , b....... awful and as you say its a 10 minute drive to Rodney Bay, would you walk there and back with a wks shopping !!! Weve not seen anything much good under $1000

Hi Indie. where abouts in Bois d'orange did you stay/see ? We were on Trouya pointe , fantastic view of Rodney bay and Martinique , and all the smaller sailing cruise ships. We used to use Windjammer a lot and Laurel and John at Laurels restaurant are great friends. We used to be at Razmataz on wed. evenings selling arty stuff with Maxine selling her jams and chuckney

Well we already had all our furniture from years ago so specifically wanted unfurnished. Obviously wouldn't be able to walk there and back with a weeks shopping...not many people can do that. I can't even do that where I currently am in London which has alot more supermarkets! . As long you have a car this is not a problem in fact ive taken transport many times with shopping while my partner is at work using the car. OP didn't state that this would be a requirement. Maybe if you're looking to be minutes from the beach in a furnished villa/ a luxurious place living among other expats 1000us is the price one would be looking. But for a 10 min drive from rodney bay, and living more among locals 350-500us is what youd be looking at depending on requirements. OP didn't state what exactly they wanted so it's good that theyre getting answers suggesting very different options

I totally agree, a cross spectrum gives you plenty of choices, I just wish people would be a little more specific about what they are looking for.
