I must hasten to make a correction, purchasers of real estate do not pay realtors. All payments are done by he vendors.

If you are interesting in Plantation Village you can buy directly from the developer, you don't need to waste money paying a realtor.

Which development in Richmond are you particularly interesting in. There's Richmond Estate in which the houses are built n sold n then there's PlantationVillage where u buy the land n build your home. I can personally say it's a great area ,close to the beaches,St Anns Bay,Ocho Rios which has night life n everything fun to entertain u. Also should u have kids n require preparatory or high school u can find great schools within Ocho Rios n Montego Bay.
