Topic Title: Living in Tacloban

I just returned from spending a couple weeks in the Tacloban area and liked it. I actually stayed in Tolosa, but visited Tacloban nearly every day. What do you think of it so far as living there? There seemed to be alot of Americans downtown and also in the Robinson's mall area.
