Hi
By definition an International School is one where the language of instruction is not Thai, so I guess that you mean you are looking for a more affordable International School rather than a Thai school.
A lot depends on the age of your kids and their ethnicity. Some Caucasian kids may find it difficult to adapt to a school where the majority of students are Thai. There may also be language issues as many of the less costly schools will have a greater number of Thai teachers and even though the language if instruction is English it may be mixed with a fair amount of Thai. If you have not already done so, take a look at http://www.smilinginthailand.com/pattaya/education/thai-secondary-high-schools.htm which has some information regarding the schools that you mentioned. If you need some help with this out side of the forum my company, Orientations, can help.
Good luck.

I can only give you some places to look for more information, as i don;t live in Pattaya and have no personal experience with the schools there. If you don;t get any satisfactory replies here, go to the Pattaya forum at thaivisa.com and post there, as it is a very busy forum with a lot of people from Pattaya on it.
I don;t think that yo can avoid the noise and conflicting advice, as that is prevalent anyplace on the web. What you can do is get enough information so you can make a list of schools to visit and discuss enrollment of your children. If you are arriving in February, your children will probably be starting school with the term that begins in May, so you muight have to move quickly. Have you checked the web sites of the schools?
Aksorn Seuksa http://www.aksorn.ac.th/
There appears to be an Aksorn Pattaya school as well.
Best Burapha http://www.best-burapha.com/ (site was not working when I tried it just now)
Other schools are Arunthai, Tantarak, Wuttichot
I could not find any school called atit, arthit or athit, attit

Also check out www.ajarn.com - the teachers tend to know the schools, but take their complaints with a bit of the proverbial salt.

Another site you should bookmark (add to favorites for IE users) is http://www.eppo.go.th/link_ref.html which has links to most things in Thailand. This is a huge web page and takes a while to load up (like 3-4 minutes) but has no schools, but many schools are listed in Thai at http://www.eppo.go.th/link_thaigov-T.html
