Panama: Single Mom wants to move to Panama:

I'm a single mom with one child wanting to move to Panama. I have dual citizenship. I currently have my cedula and am registered as a Panamanian Citizen. My spanish is limited but I can get by. My problem is, I have a pension plan but I'm not old enough to retire therefore I'm wondering what are my chances of getting employment there. I also need to be able to pay for schooling for my child who will be 12. I have a home already in Vera Cruz just need to be able to earn a living. Can anyone help me out? Thanks
