Malaysia: Trying out Penang for three months:

Hi folks! My wife and I would like to live in a short term rental apartment for about three months. Looking at Tanjung Tokong, Tanjung Bungha or Batu Ferringhi. We are seniors with no kids moving with us; so schools are not a consideration. We would like to have a good hospital nearby. All advise is welcome. Thanks
