Scotland: Can't decide between Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen:

Hi, I just need some help making a decision. I have the opportunity to be transferred to Scotland but I can't decide if I should work in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen. Edinburgh - I've visited before and LOVED it, but the type of work I'd be doing there is intimidating and I'm not sure I wan't to do it. Glasgow - Never been and none of my friends have personally been there. One of my friends said it's quite blue collar which I don't mind but I'm not sure if that translates to rough neighbourhoods? Aberdeen - Heard it's small but I'll get paid more and I have friends being transferred there around the same time. Anyone want to give me a sales pitch on any of the above cities? Cheers, Esther
