Philippines: Looking to move to the Tagaytay area:

Can anyone living in or arround the Tagaytay area give me info/reccomendations of nice places to settle down maybe up to 30 mins outside Tagaytay by car max. Must be high and dry no flooding , close to most things like grocery,dinning and such. Any info would be of help thanks John
