Cyprus: moving to cyprus:

I have been veiwing letters and articles about moving to cyprus and i have now decided to do it. i have a business in the uk and would like to do the same in cyprus. the cost of premises and rates are getting out of control. i am looking for a shop or hotel in phathos this seems to be the place for all the holiday makers and seems the busiest. i would like to know about health care when you move and also is there any restrictions on retailing there. i know they are in the eu but sometimes there are restrictions. IE I can buy goods from the uk and send them to cyprus cheaper than buying from a whol;esaler there and there should be no duty or vat as this would have been paid the country they came from IE UK or if Italy then there. I would also like to know if anyone knows of a good estate agent who specalises in hotels and or shops and what the rates are . I would certainly rent out there for the first year and not sell up here so that would give me a cushion for the early part of my time there. I would also be inetersted in any one who may be interested in a partnership there . I have been very successful in reatil in the UK but as everyone who as lived here knows its getting harder here to make anything with your life or business. i look forward to your reply and any help that you can give me
