Hi, May we know when are you planning to come? For how long? accomodations depends on your stay and the area you want to live (not far from your office of course). Expat community is quite active. You can join some associations here. Security is a real concern, especially at night. You have to follow some basics rules like: no apparent jeweleries, do not respond to threats, do not walk alone. Avoid walking by night. Taxi hotel are safer and is highly advised if you don't rent a car. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Tefy R.

Hello Eenos, First of all, is it a second hand motorcycle or a new one? If a new one, the vendor should help you to register the motocycle. If second hand, be careful and ask for an invoice. Just to make sure it is not a stolen one. Thereafter, you should fill somes files (sold near the "faritany") with the person you purchase the motocycle. You, then need to register it at any "Firaisana" with your signature. They will stamp the files for legal purpose. Go to the "Faritany" and pay the registering taxes (depending on the cm3 of the motorcycle) and you wait few days. You will have your new "carte grise" on your name. I think it's a question of regulation and a kind of control of expat. Just to make sure they are serious about their business. I can tell you (from this moment) that I can give you a 10 years visa if you need it and ONLY IF all your paperwork etc are all correct and completely legal; what I mean is I won't give you the 10 years if you are an employee with a short term contract or else.
