Argentina: Buying an Apartment in Argentina:

I am contemplating buying an apartment for personal use in Bahia Blanca. My wife was born in Argentina and we intend to spend 23 months there every year. Can anyone assist in letting me know what departments I need to visit in order to obtain the necessary documents, so I may proceed.
