Dominica: Population of Expats in Dominica:

Hello folks, My partner and I are considering moving to Dominica to live and potentially start a business, and in our research, are having trouble finding out just how many expats are living full time in Dominica. It seems to be a beautiful island that would be perfect for us in regards to the general population, the amount of nature, snorkeling, etc. But, of course, in order for a business (at least our business) to work we will need a decent number of expats. So, how many expats are living in Dominica, and what's the culture/social scene like? Cheers
