Hungary: Visa information:
Hello,
I am married to a Hungarian Citizen, (for the past 9 years), however, I am not granted permission to stay in Hungary without obtaining a visa like anyone else.
There is family unification visa, but if you read it this does not apply, as my family (wife) is with me. And mother in laws dont count.
Also, I have to apply in America...I cant do it while over there...(tried about 8 years ago, and had to come back to the states)
Anyone know if this has changed, and if I may apply for a visa in Hungary now?
(my mother in law says I can, but from past experience, I am doubtful.)
kind regards
dAlen
Guatemala: legal details of purchasing land:
Hello,
I have qute a few questions about purchasing land in Guatemala. I would appreciate any help that can get from those of you who are familiar with the country.
I have read a few interesting bits:
1) While foreigners can own property, the are restricted from owning land that borders rivers, oceans, or international borders....
...is this true? No water front property?
2) Eslewhere I have read that Guatemala is the only country in Central America where you cannot prove if you own land or not...and that people have disputed land rights...
I am most interested in land that is in the rainforest by some river.
Thank you
Gods Peace
dAlen
