Panama: Visiting in March 2005,:

Hi, My wife and I (from California) are coming to Panama for 3 weeks March 8 to March 29. We intend to spend 3 or 4 days in many different areas in the country. We are looking to see if we want to come and live there in the near future. We are both around 50 years of age. I am a singer, and my wife Christina is a belly dancer. We would like to save money and be with locals by staying in peoples homes and B&Bs as we travel. We are interested in eating mostly natural organic foods, is that possible in Panama? Are there any organic farms to visit? Yoga? New age or spiritual communities? Intentional communites (besides the gated Golf club type)?
