Peru: Renting in Miraflores?:

I see many of these home rentals on Craigslist that look pretty nice in Miraflores. They seem too inexpensive to be real. I saw some fully furnished 1 and 2 bedroom apartments (places that looked clean) from anywhere from $150 to $400 per month. Can you really find them that low? Is Miraflores nice and safe? Are these listings for real? Thanks.

Uruguay: Where are the English speaking call centers in Uruguay for jobs?:

Where are the English speaking call centers in Uruguay and how do I contact them? I have heard of ZoneAmerica. Where is this? I could find much info on it when doing a search. Any other recommendation for jobs for English speakers (while I learn Spanish)? Thanks.

Uruguay: Are there thrift stores or discount used stores?:

Are there thrift stores (or perhaps they call them something else) in Montevideo or Salto where you may purchase inexpensive but still very clean and nice second hand (used) clothing and other items like furniture/small electronics/bikes at discounted prices? By the way, are most home and apt. rentals already fully furnished?

Uruguay: I will learn spanish, but still wondering if there are any English speaking small communities or areas anywhere?:

Montevideo? Salto? Or any other "nice" and decent place to live that is not among the most expensive.
