Greece: Thinking about moving to Athens.:
Hello,
I am a Canadian dual citizen with an Italian passport.
I am thinking about moving to Europe next year and have been thinking a lot about Athens.
Since I travel around 5 months a year for work I need access to trains and an international airport.
Would I be able to find a small 1 room apartment in Athens for 150-250 Euro a month?
Any help would really be appreciated!
Thank you!
Italy: Canadian dual citizen looking to move Verona:
Hey,
I am Canadian dual citizen with an Italian passport hoping to relocate from to Verona, Padua or Venuce (Mestro)
Since I work as a tour director on the Danube I need to be able to be located near train stations or airports.
What is your thoughts for these cities in terms of expense and standard of living?
Also this is my first serious planning for a european relocation. Any advice? Is the Italian tax system really so strange?
Any help would really be great.
Thanks!
Slovenia: Canadian dual citizen looking to move to Slovenia:
Hello,
I am Canadian from Toronto looking to move to Slovenia Febuary 2015.
I am an Italian dual citizen and work as a tour director on the Danube and would like to make a major change in my life.
I have never done such a large move and need as much advice as I can get from Canadian expats in terms of what needs to be done at home before leaving.
At the moment one of my top cities to relocate are Ljublana or Maribor. I love Slovenia and its location in Europe.
I will be making around 30-40 thousand a year and am looking for a location near a train station and airport. Cheap rent ( 200-300€) would be great.
Any help would be fantastic. If there are any beauocratc things I should consider on the Slovenian side I would appriciate the advice.
Thanks!!!
