Kenya: having a baby in nairobi:

we are a european couple expecting our first child in september and at the same time are weighing a move to nairobi. we would like to get in touch with any other expat parents who have gone through a similar experience and could give us some advise on whether it is a sensible thing to be contemplating at all, and maybe some practical tips if we indeed opt to come to kenya before the birth. many thanks in advance to anyone who could help.
