Nicaragua: Immunization shots?:

My husband and I are planning on traveling for few months next year in Latin America and Central America. We would like to know if there are travel clinic in Managua or Grenada, that speaks English and provide travel immunization shots. It could be much cheaper to do it there than in the US. Where do people living in Nicaragua get this kind of shots: (I believe some people need them) Hepatitis A Typhoid fever Meningococcal disease Yellow Fever Rabies Japanese Encephalitis Is there any travel clinic in Managua if possible or Grenada?
