India: 2 year relocation to BLR as an Expat:

I have been a 2 year expat package to go to Bangalore to head up and run our off-shore office. I'll be the country director there. The Basic package they are offering is as follows Cola $4,355 Per year Auto $2,110 per year Housing $13,555 per year This excludes any Tax insurance and travel allowances. The car allowance looks low what can I get for that, I'll be looking for a driver as well, Can I get a good house in a good area for rent for the amount above, I prefer living in a housing complex (not apartments) with access to a pool wiht 4 bedrooms. That is a must for my wife, we have our own pool at home here in San Francisco. The COla/Hardship allowance not sure if that is the going rate. Any feedback greatly accepted.
