Ecuador: looking for a place on the beach:

Any recommendations on a B&B on the beach for about $500. Salinas or Manta not too far from the Malecon? Also any thoughts on bringing in a folding bike? Thanks

Will be in Salinas from Jan 16-Mar 9. Looking for B&B on the beach for ~$500/month or less. Need Wifi, maybe AC (I don't know if the air conditioned country claim applies to Salinas during those dates...) I could sure use some help, my first trip. Thanks, Steve
