Uruguay: Best Departemento to Stay and make a living with children:
we were thinking about moving to Uruguay and buying a house. We want to stay in a farm house with some land to do some amount to grow our own vegetable maybe grow some vine ourselfs. I spent lots of time looking for a good place. Those close to MVD are so expensive. Now i am unsure, I found decent objects in los Cerillos or close to Joaquin Suarez. Is Suarez too rural? I found so many bad news about this place. Because we have small children we would prefer a rather safe and clean environment. Any suggestions? We are from Europe.
