Netherlands: Need help! Moving to Groningen Area in 2015:

I am a retired American moving to NL, to marry a Dutch resident. I would like to locate a reliable moving company that does not cost an arm and a leg, and I would like to know a little more of how Dutch income taxes may affect my retirement income. I do understand that I must also file US income taxes, and wonder I'd Dutch taxes can be deducted from the US taxes. I have been traveling to NL for more than a decade; so, am familiar with lifestyle there, and can read Dutch, and understand most of what is said. I am not fluent in responding, yet. I will be moving to the area near Groningen, and would like to meet expats in that area. Thank you in advance for any assistance rendered. Suitejenny
