You know there is big currency devaluation there and a lot of potential economic issues right now, like inflation through the roof. Thailand: Question?:

Is there anywhere in S.W. Asian foreigners can own land/home? Secondly, I get very confused on if Thailand is better place to live than say Philippines or Singapore, or someplace else. I know that is a very openly subjective question, but when taken into consideration about ownership, cost of living, and people being friendly along with places for Americans to work - which is the best advice. This just rattles my mind. I am disgusted with the way America has become, and to expats who made that venture nothing need more said about downfall and ghetto people and attitudes here, so I will stop there - please do be detailed. I just applied last week to Nazarbayev University and hope to be selected. What is this topic: TV show looking for expats in KZ? Where do you apply and co. info? My wife as Kazakh keeps up with stuff there, housing prices went down in Astana recently and then skyrocketed up, nobody has any idea. We should stay in touch, surely we could meet up in future. I really have some issues navigating around messages and this site though, can you send PM, then we can shoot email.
