Egypt: Is he cheating - Help with translation:

In brief I have been married to an Egyptian for 6yrs. I have just seen messages between him and a woman from over the last year but they are all in Arabic. I feel sick, I can't function and my whole family are arriving Christmas day and I am a wreck. Can anyone help me to translate the messages so i can be sure before i confront him later today? I have photos of the conversations i can send you if you can help. Please Yours hopefully
