Please give me some insight into Luxor and its people, in terms of way of life etc

Egypt: HELP:

I have met a man from Egypt, on a matrimonial site. He is older than I am. We have decided to marry and he arrives in Sa soon. After we get married, he intends to go home and make preparation for the move here permanently. He has 2 daughters whom he will leave there for now. I have not had this type of exposure to a foreign man before, does anyone have any type of advise for me. By the way we both muslim so there is no religious issues. although I expect to have some cultural issues
