India: 2 year relocation to BLR as an Expat:

i am going through the same.. but as an expat to Mumbai -- 2-3 year assiagnment. I beleive the housing allowance is about right or slighlty higher.. based on what I saw in mumbai but then Mumbai has the highest real estate rates. Only apartmetns available in Mumabi... ! The cola should be in the range of 20-30% , I think, of your salary? CAr allowance is seemingly quite low.. you can ask them to provide a car and a driver... ? a Skoda or Camry? then you can pay the car allowance back to your company for use of the car.. then you do not need to worry about insurance and other things?Good luck
