Austria: moving or not?:

Hi all, recently I got a job offer to be a private tutor for a family. I am very interested in this job, given we have been talking about moving back to Europe, when he is nearing the retirement. We have 2 school aged kids. Hubby's main concern is, whether I would be able to provide for the family, because he isn't so sure he won't be able to find a a job in Austria, because he doesn't speak German. I do speak German, because I went to school in Germany quite long time ago and the job offer requires me to teach the children in English. I badly want this job. Frankly I hate asking about salary, but I think it is now becomes really necessary. The only thing we might don't have a lot is time. We'll need time to pack up, and sell the house in the States. We are not worried about visas, because we have dual citizenship (EU-US) Thanks for letting me -sort of- venting. Any opinions is greatly appreciated

is that easy for you to adjust to everything? Life, culture, language, etc? I am ready to move to Austria, only my hubby is worried that he wouldn't be able to find a job (he is in telecommunication), since he doesn't speak German at all
