Netherlands: Work Permit:

Will be relocating to Amsterdam shortly. Desperate to know how to get a school job and a work permit for the same. I have 5 years of experience and am presently employed in one of the biggest schools of Bangalore, India. Also I would like to know of Day care in the Hoofddorp area.

Hey Kanika, I too am an Indian and owing to my husband's transfer, we are relocating to Amsterdam shortly. I also have a baby boy who is 1 year and 8 months old. I hope to get a work permit , so then I can take up a job there too. Tell me what are living conditions there like? Maybe you check in your local newspaper for a baby sitter. I can only tell you of playgroups, but they ofcourse are not for working mothers. regards, Koeyli
