Panama: Rental Help:

I am looking for a monthly rental. My arrival date is approximately Dec 29, 2015. I would like to stay in Chame District, Gorgano, Coronado, San Carlos, and possibly Anton Valley or Penonome. Monthly price no more than $900 with everything included. If anyone knows owners with rentals on VRBO, AirBnB, or HomeAway those are the sites I have been using. If you know of rentals, please send me websites that list them with pictures and contact information. Thank You

These questions are for anyone that has applied and received a permanent Visa in the past 2 years. Did you apply before you got to Panama or after arrival?? Roughly how much did it cost for an attorney? About how long did it take to get your application approved?
