Argentina: Mar Del Plata:

My wife is a dual resident in ARG and US and we are in the planning phase of moving to Mar Del Plata (specifically los troncos) for good. We plan to go in as "retired" and establish the requisite bank account. Though my wife is somewhat knowledgeable, I would like very much to avoid any finacial pitfalls. I seek advice to help prepare for a smooth, financially wise transition from the US to ARG. All advice is appreciated.
