Estonia: Renting in estonia:

Hi I am thinking about moving to estonia and renting a property and am a bit confused by the laws for living there, I have looked on the estonian government websites and is it as difficult to get residency as it seems? I have a internet based business so I have enough money to live on, I am used to being able to just turn up in a EU country sign up for tax and be able to stay as long as I want because they dont stamp you passport. Has anyone got any contacts for good flats or houses? I have seen advertised flats for £200 a month, is this the right sort of price? What sort of bills would I have to pay on top of the rent and has anyone got an idea how much these would be for 2 people living together? Any help and advice would be great Thanks Dan
