Haiti: Moving to PAP in March - Advice re: Children:

I am moving to Port-au-Prince in March to work with an NGO. I am British. I would like to rent an apartment or a house - does anyone have any advice on local agencies that I can get in-touch with? I would like to rent a private residence and not a house-share. Also, I would like to bring my children with me after a while. They are aged 5years and 3 years. Does anyone have any advice on how to hire a Nanny in PAP...? All replies appreciated.
