Denmark: need advice regarding salary in denmark:

Hi guys, I just got a job offer from Siemens in the amount of 39000DKK monthly, before tax. the job is in Brande but i've been told that it is better if i live 25 km away in a town called HERNING. they are offering relocation expenses in the amount of 20000DKK and cover a month staying in a hostel till i can find my own apartment. my questions: *approximately how much will the net salary be? they've told me to calculate an estimate 46% taxes. *is the amount enough for a single person to live decently? Thank you very much, any advice would be much appreciated.
