Kuwait: Relationships with Q8y Women:

I was reading through the forum and noticed that most expats that were women had had bad experiences with marrying q8y men and I was wondering if anyone out there could discuss the reverse situation with an expat marrying a q8y women? I met my girlfriend in school here in the states and she just graduated and headed back home to q8 and we are discussing getting engaged and wondered what peoples experiences had been with that? I am a chemical engineer and after graduate school was going to head to that region to work and wanted to know if all the stress of this relationship was worth it after hearing how the q8y men treated their expat wives. I understand that there is a lot of other factors that will decide me and her relationship, (mainly DAD), but wanted to hear some stories of people that are in or have been in a situation like this.
