Hello, I know the owners of AIS, and from what I hear and know, its a pretty good school, it has an American curriculem which is great, and I've met some of the teachers there, they seem really nice, I think 90 % of the teachers are from USA. I will find out more for you and let you know.

hello, I've been in Kuwait since April. My husband is working here on a contract also, and we have a 2 & a half year old. Kuwait has its advantages and disadvantages. You can definately save more than in the US, because you don't have as many bills. We pay for our appartment about 400 K,D, which is about 1500$ USD,, u can find more and less expensive. Its pretty secure here, its great when you have babies verses older kids, because you have alot of help for cheap, to have a nany or maid its $250 a month or so, there are daycares here too, not the best, but not bad, for about $300 a month average. food is comarable to the states. I drive here, its a matter of getting used to it really, its much more aggresive than the states, but you will get used to it no problem. hope this helps.
