Looking to establish healthcare facility outpatient and possibly eventually so inpatient/ acute care health facility . Do you think expat community would rely and adapt as their primary healthcare source father than going to Mexico or returning to the states

Just got back from Belize on Sat. Came through Cancun on ADO going and coming. Working on groundwork for non-profit in Belize with primary place in Corozal.
