Malaysia: Retirement in Penang:

I plan to retire in Penang within the next couple of years. Ideally a 2 bedroom sea front condo in Tanjong Tokong. I am visiting Penang over Easter when a property agent will show me around The Quayside. Does anyone have recommendations for other options I should consider like Marina Bay and The Brezza? Must have impressive seaview and be near to a supermarket. Guess that any construction or motorbike racing noise would be reduced if facing the sea side.

Malaysia: Looking for Native English speakers for freelance work:

Hello Phil, I plan to retire to Penang in a couple of years on a mm2h visa. Guess I could legally do some freelance work with this? I am a British expat retired professional and living in Hong Kong. Will hope you still have need for people by the time I arrive as I may well have a lot of spare time on my hands!
