Turkey: Moving to turkey:

I live in US and would like to move to turkey. Looking for mild climate and don't enjoy cold or too hot weather. Can anyone recommend a nice place? I have been to Istanbul and Ankara but 30 years ago and don't remember much of either. Looking to have a change in life from hectic life here. I'm a simple person and love foods and nothing extraordinary. I know the sky is the same no matter where you go , but just a simple life and simple way of thinking. I am also a doctor and practice emergency medicine. Anyone help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
