Hello, I agree with anibalventura the best way to get an income is NOTearning it IN Paraguay but spent it IN Paraguay, no jobs here and its not cheap , I work through internet for companies in Europe and China and that works perfect, good luck

stay in the states, I have seen to many countries ruined by Americans, they spoil the house market,project development companies coming in , locals can't afford to pay the rissen prices, dont mingle with the population , don't speak spanish,surfers and backpackers, haha, countries like Honduras, Costa Rica,now Colombia, the new save haven is Panama for their pensionadasMy ,Stay in the states !!hahaha
