Nicaragua: WOW:

Ricktree what you said was mostly correct. What set off the trolls and others is that it could have been said with fewer and smaller words. It is sad that all should be given a chance to express their thoughts and views politely. It is sad that even the trolls may have something to add. It gets lost in their look for the need to support their ego.

Nicaragua: Utility Theft:

Ricktree are you taking over for antz? Take what you want from a blog. Leave others to judge what hey need or what they want to read. Becoming a troll on a site is lower than maggot poop.

Nicaragua: Land purchase advice:

This is sort of crazy to me! I was lucky to have done the reading before I bought. Even with that it took luck and some honest friends both Nica and expat. To succeed in the purchase. Do not buy anything second hand. You must be there through the whole process! First a good attorney is required! Also it is not required that cash be exchanged between parties. Use your bank or financial severces to act as a go between ie wire transfer. Direct deposit cashier checks.etc. a good lawyer can help you with this. Their is no such thing as a commission payment. Pick your price let the attorneys or agents determine who gets what. Always negotiate through them. After your initial contact. Keep your contact with the seller to a minimum. Let the attorneys and agents do their job. The worst thing you can do is waiver and respond to agents directly who are out to get what they can. Key is a good attorney (their are some in Granada) i can add more message me and I will give you my experience.

Nicaragua: WHATS GOING ON??:

Hi xman You just met the local troll. Be careful he does know a lot about being full of crap. He is the prime example of such. Do not be nice. He does stink. He knows he does. But like all crap he cannot help it.

Nicaragua: Residency:

Duck shel antz is the wellknow troll on this site. He is a eunuch with a minimal IQ. I call him assman to the rescue. He believes that he is the savior of this site. I have been told to ignore him. Most of the time I do. He sometimes needs to be pulled of the pigsty and aired out. The stench lessons a little when it's done. He is still a pig.

Nicaragua: seeking Nicaragua attorney for assistance with Nica passport:

Patricia Sanchez helped me get my Cedula in 3 months! Not only is she a professional with different credentials. she is a pleasant and attractive person to work with. She has many different contacts that can help in many ways. She is honest. Many like me will give you great testimonials. Paul also has a great reputation. I have never worked with him so I can only state in what I have read. I am told that he is pricey. Many here know that paying low can cost a lot more than paying a higher price. especially in time. Contact Darrell Bushnell in Nica nuggets He can give you all contact information.

Nicaragua: Spanish language schools:

Question. Is it better to have a tutor (how do I find) or classes. I am least 1 hour from a large town. Will travel if that is best. Not fond of driving here.

Nicaragua: Guard Dogs:

Hi Tim. I have a love for pit bulls. I have a mixed right now. Because of their strength loving loyalty and tenacity, You must find the right breeder. A misunderstood breed that bad breeders and bad men have almost ruined. I also like dobermans. Intelligent, family protective and with their short hair. Adaptable to hot climates. I do not know much about rottweilers. Hear they might be a good choice. German Shepherds are a gimmy. Breed for the job you are talking about. The only problem is their coat. I believe they have a problem with tropical heat. The contradictions are that I have seen them here. And that they are used in the middle east. Good luck!

Nicaragua: Pool contractors - Granada:

Hi My pool was built within the contract of building my house. A good idea that was not what it should of being. The sub contractor used the wrong kind of tubing (black water tubing instead of pressure tubing) That said you you have to be aware. I believe the pool without correction was a $10000 dollar part of the contract. That saying it needed repairs. Luckily not expensive ones. What I did learn is to shop for equipment and chemicals. Aquatec in managua will have all that you will need. But their are little stores that have what you will need at lower prices also in managua. My pool is 13x29 feet by 10 foot deep. at the deep end. As for always shop. Bargain, You may be surprised by the price difference. Remember by respectful bargaining will almost save you money.

Nicaragua: prpcof comes unhinged:

antz(asshole) You do not know me. You're not even close. Surprise! For those who read his junk. Disagreement or a different thought is welcome. antz(asshole) thinks that the way to disagree. Is to insult demean or talk down to anyone that he believes is not up to his standard. He believes that correcting a difference in opinion in this manner will bring a positive response. Here is mine. You are a moronic eunuch still looking for your manhood. Believing that the garbage you spew will gain you recognition or respect is way beyond ignorance. It does reflect on your poor mental state.
