I've just been reading about the recent homicides and "crime wave" that St Lucia is experiencing this year. And just when I was thinking very seriously about retiring there! I would really appreciate hearing from the forum on what you perceive and if you are very concerned or not. Thank you!

Saint Lucia: long term rental:

Thanks to all who responded to my question about being a vegetarian on St. Lucia. My next question will be about finding a long-term rental, 1 or 2 bedroom, possibly furnished, moderatley priced. What could we expect to pay and what areas would you suggest we look at for something moderately priced? Thank you again!
